4takeaway.com is an innovative online ordering system that aims to revolutionize the ordering of food, beverages, and other products from the local area. Our vision is to make the ordering process as simple and convenient as possible for customers, regardless of their location or lifestyle. Whether it’s magazines from the kiosk, medicines from the pharmacy, pizza from the pizzeria, or beverages from the beverage store – we make it possible.
Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support to clients or users, assisting them with various technical
issues.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems.
● Communicate effectively to guide users through solutions and issue resolution.
● Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex technical issues when
needed.
● Stay updated with product features, enhancements, and updates to provide accurate
support.
Requirements:
● Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software applications, server related
issues.
● Interact with the developer team and explain to them precisely the issue and also
provide them all the necessary evidence based on customer request.
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. German is a plus.
● Ability to handle multiple support cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Patient and empathetic approach when dealing with users’ technical difficulties.
